TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SEMINAR AT ROSER GROUP HEADQUARTER

A series of technical and commercial seminars took place at our Headquarters in Cassà de laSelva, during this last month of September. These were imparted for our collaborators and representatives in Russia and other CEI countries.
As a result of the enormous success attained by our teams at the last edition of the IFFA fair and within the framework of activities dedicated to international promotion of our Group, we received the visit of more than 20 companies which undertook formation on our machinery as well as the solutions put forward by the brands that make up Roser Group, ROSER (Hygiene Technologies, meat quartering, maintenance and machinery for the elaboration of cured ham), OGALSA (solutions for the injection and marinating meat foods), CATO (machinery for the elaboration of cured, fresh and cooked meats) and RMT (Key in hand projects, production lines and installation consulting as well as meat processes).
Throughout the seminar we imparted sessions on our solutions for the injection and marinating of meat products, the manufacture of cured meat, state-of-the-art hygiene tendencies for staff and hazardous areas within the food industry, and our latest technological advances in the fields of pork, beef and lamb quartering.
All the assistants highlighted the usefulness of these sessions which were directed by our Technical Director Mr. Antonio Vargas together with our CEO Mr. Luciano Casellas.
All together an enriching experience which we hope to repeat very soon with our European, Souht-East Asian as well as our American customers.
